Is there a physical shop front where I can go and buy your product?
There is no shop front you can go to. All our sales and businesses are online only.
How soon can you ship my order?
All our orders are shipped from Sydney warehouse within 24 hours of successfull payment. We send you a notification email as soo as we ship the order.
Is it possible to return the product I purchased?
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can always retrun them to our warehouse with in 14 days of purchase.
Will I get a refund?
Given the product is not damaged and worn in some way, or rendered not to be re-used again, yes we will give you a full refund upon receiving the returned product at our location.
Who pays the return postage?
It is the buyers responsibilty to pay the return the postage, if you want to return the product. We will only reimburse the postage if we sent you a wrong product by mistake.
